PDF Agile may be worth considering if you regularly annotate, organize and edit PDFs and prefer a familiar desktop application with a lifetime option. However, our test also showed that meaningful editing requires Premium and that its free Word conversion may need substantial manual cleanup when documents contain structured tables.
